a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with over 25  years of experience in the fitness industry.

Throughout my career, I've led various fitness classes for all fitness levels.  My core mission is to empower women, particularly those in the pre- and  postmenopausal stages, to prioritize their health.

I've had the honor of being featured on prestigious platforms like Good  Morning America, where I've demonstrated my expertise and dedication to  helping women build muscle and burn fat.

As a mother of seven, I've developed exceptional time management and  multitasking skills, which I've applied to create simple at-home workout  routines suitable for everyone.
